I thought I'd give it a try...
Here is my "attempt" at a tomato and green pepper plant.
Not bad huh?
I also had a small pot with cilantro. I got a few recipes worth out of my plant before it "flowered" which I found out, too late, is a bad thing because it means it's finished producing herbs. Oh well, now I know!

Then the heat hit...and I wasn't diligent about keeping up with water so...
Yep, I killed it!I'll try again next year, and I'll have an actual garden to work with at our new house that we'll be renting for the next 2 years.
It's bound to turn out better the 2nd time around...right? I hope!
