The Little Things

November brought a few little projects around the house...

New fans in all the bedrooms

We said good bye to old outdated closet hardware and nasty painted over outlet covers

Then on to painting the trim in Sydney's room. I kept putting it off but it really only took 1 day and it was done. Would have been even quicker if I didn't have little helpers hanging around.

Here's a finished picture of the white trim in Sydney's room along with the addition of her new bed she got for Christmas

Thanksgiving through my Sister's Lens

For Thanksgiving this year we had a delicious meal with great friends! We had a wonderful time and I think the kids did too...

Thanks to my amazing sister for your talent for photographing my cute kids and their friends! :) 

It was so fun to have her in town for Thanksgiving with us.

A Little Early

There's nothing like getting in your jammies, turning on the Christmas music, and decorating the Christmas tree. I love the excitement and spirit it brings into our home and this year we decided to be among "excited" and put up our tree pre-Thanksgiving. I loved it and definitely intend to do it again.
