For Cinco de Mayo this year, our friends decided it would be a great excuse to get together and eat Mexican food! We did talk briefly about what it was that Cinco de Mayo is really about but to be honest, what was most important to us was the opportunity to get amazing food together. That should be obvious by the fact that the picture of our food spread was taken AFTER we finished eating. Everything was delicious and we decided this needs to be an annual occurence...maybe more often...there's another Mexican holiday sometime right? If not we might just make one up.
The weather was perfect and we all enjoyed spending time in Jennifer & Jared's backyard. Especially the kids, they were soaking up the springtime fun, including Chris's organized trampoline jumping.
These three boys are within 4 months of each other and are sure to be trouble in a few more months. Gotta love these cute little babies.Happy Mexican Food Day!
