Today, May 14th, is Chris & Ethan's first "Father's & Son's" campout and Ethan is bursting with excitement! He loves to go camping with Chris and I think it's such a special tradition to have this special Father/Son bonding time set aside for them. Plus, if our "boy" pattern continues then it might just be a relaxing night off for me.Well, since they wouldn't be leaving until after Chris got off work, Ethan made good use of the afternoon by doing a "practice run" for his nap. When it was nap time he insisted that we build a fort so he could take his nap inside. I was sure that he wouldn't sleep in it and instead play for long enough to make me think he napped, but sure enough after about 10 minutes he was out like a light and woke up just as happy as ever. I guess we'll have to have "Fort Naps" more often!
