Honestly, never thought it would happen...but it's true, we bought a house!
The timing just never ended up being right and our search criteria seemed so crazy and unreasonable but out of nowhere this house came on the market, dropped the price, and I figured we should go check it out. Our main dilemma all along was that Chris and I never seemed to agree on a house so when Chris came by to check it out and loved it, I think not only me but our realtor was shocked! One month later, we are homeowners!
As soon as the contract was accepted, the plans for renovation began...lots to do to our "new" 1970's home.
