We found out about a great strawberry patch just outside of town and had to take a trip. The kids absolutely loved the experience of picking our own berries. I couldn't believe that was the first time we've been to do something like this. We picked a couple buckets full, ate a few along the way, and enjoyed great company with the Ayres. This will definitely be an annual occasion! Not to mention all the fun strawberry stuff we got to go home and make!

These boys were hard little workers picking bush after bush...they could have kept going too if I could have afforded to spend our whole monthly food budget on strawberries! :)
