A while we got together with a couple families and had Mexican food. After that yummy meal we decided that we needed to do "theme" food nights more often.
So this month...Chinese Night!!
Here was our Menu, all homemade by our amazingly talented friends:
Egg Rolls
Lettuce Wraps
Lo Mein
Bok Choy
Pork Fried Rice
Mongolian Beef
Hershey Bar Cake
It was all delicious and we had such a fun night relaxing and enjoying fun conversations with friends. The kids all had a blast playing together (13 kids & 4 babies) and amazingly enough we ended up eating our entire dinner mostly uninterrupted by kids.
